Apartment Innovation & Marketing Conference

Sponsored by a group of industry vendors, the AIM conference’s sessions and exhibitions are focused on marketing and leasing technology, automation and artificial intelligence, among others. Attendance is limited to owners and operators of multifamily communities and sponsors.

The National Institute of Building Sciences’ annual conference brings together government agencies, building professionals and scientists to network and discuss how to improve the built environment.
Apartmentalize
June 19-21
Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia
The National Apartment Association’s annual education conference will move to Atlanta in 2024, bringing in professionals, supply partners and exhibitors from across the multifamily operations sector.
AOA Million Dollar Trade Show
August 22
Long Beach, California
The second of the biannual trade shows hosted by the Apartment Owners Association of California. More information will be available following the earlier event on March 20, AOA President Jeff Fowler told Multifamily Dive.
Georgia Apartment Association Annual Conference
Sept. 4-6
Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island, Florida
A full-day conference bringing together members of the Georgia Apartment Association.
Blueprint
Sept. 17-19
The Venetian, Las Vegas
This conference focused on the future of real estate includes a Multifamily Summit on the first day. Speakers at 2023’s event included professionals from Bozzuto, Morgan Properties, Courtland, Pretium and Berkshire Residential, among others.
Florida Apartment Association Annual Conference & Trade Show

The Diplomat Beach Resort, Hollywood, Florida
This state conference brings together over 1,000 professionals each year for education sessions, networking opportunities and a show floor with over 240 exhibitors.
Smart Spaces
Sept. 24-25
Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel, Richardson, Texas
The Smart Spaces event, hosted by real estate consulting firm Parks Associates, aims to bring together building owners, property managers and tech professionals for sessions and networking focused on proptech, smart home infrastructure and the ways in which buildings and tech can work together.
Smart Spaces includes an in-person event and multiple virtual events throughout the year. The conference covers both the multifamily and the hospitality industry.
Multifamily Executive Conference
Sept. 30-Oct. 2
Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Las Vegas
Hosted by Zonda and Multifamily Executive magazine, this conference is geared toward high-level staff and features education sessions, roundtable discussions and keynote presentations.
NMHC Student Housing Conference
Oct. 7-9
Aria Resort & Casino, Las Vegas
Open to NMHC members and non-members, the conference focuses on professionals in the student housing sector, and provides knowledge, tools, programs and connections necessary for leaders to shape their success and the future of the industry.
OPTECH

NMHC’S OPTECH is focused on multifamily technology and operations, including sessions on intelligent buildings, digital marketing and proptech.
ULI Fall Meeting

Resorts World Las Vegas, Las Vegas
The Urban Land Institute’s second annual meeting, which attracts almost 6,500 attendees each year, is marked by the release of the ULI Annual Report. Like its spring counterpart, it incorporates networking opportunities, education sessions and local project tours.
Build Show Live

Austin Convention Center, Austin, Texas
Organized by residential construction platform The Build Show, this building science-focused conference is targeted at builders and contractors. Its workshops and sessions will focus on training, education, and trends in the construction process.
Greenbuild
Nov. 12-15
Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia
The Greenbuild International Conference + Expo gathers building professionals for summits, education sessions and expositions on green building technology and practices. The last event’s keynote speakers included Kal Penn, actor and former White House official, and Ali Zaidi, national climate advisor to the Biden-Harris administration.
Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference East and Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference West
