A new year is on the horizon, and with it a new set of multifamily conferences. To help industry pros plan for the year ahead, Multifamily Dive has compiled its annual list of these events, along with their dates, locations and areas of expertise.
Major education topics at these conferences will include new technology for property management and development, business strategies, building sciences and the future trajectory of the industry, especially as interest rates recede and housing industry regulation ramps up. NAHB International Builders’ Show

This gathering of residential construction professionals across multiple sectors is hosted by the National Association of Home Builders. It features hundreds of education sessions and over 1,000 exhibitors, many of which launch new products from the show.
