January is typically a busy month for multifamily deal announcements, with buyers and sellers eager to announce the transactions they locked in before the previous year ended.
This year has been no different, as a number of firms, like Bell Partners, Cityview and S2 Capital, unveiled major deals as the sales market opened up in the fourth quarter.
