Following the start of construction at Pure Springdale in 2021 and Pure Lowell in 2022, St. Louis-based developer Mia Rose Holdings has broken ground on a third multifamily community in the Northwest Arkansas region: The Junction of Scottsdale in Rogers, Arkansas.
The Junction of Scottsdale is expected to open in fall 2023, and Houston-based Asset Living will manage the property once it is complete, according to a press release. The unit mix includes 140 one-bedroom and 86 two-bedroom apartments — spread across seven three-story garden-style buildings — ranging from 751 to 1,109 square feet. Units will include a full-size washer and dryer, Energy Star-rated kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, vinyl wood plank floors and 9-foot ceilings.
The 9.6-acre property, located next to the Scottsdale Center shopping mall, will feature a variety of outdoor gathering spaces and landscaping featuring local vegetation. Amenities will include an on-site clubhouse, resort-style pool, two fitness centers and a tech lounge and business center with a leasable coworking space.
Pure Springdale, located in Springdale, has recently opened for move-ins, while Pure Lowell, located in Lowell, is still in development. Together with The Junction of Scottsdale, the firm controls 614 units in the region.
Northwest Arkansas, known as the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers metropolitan statistical area in the U.S. Census, has seen its population rise by more than 100,000, or 20%, between 2010 and 2020. Meat production company Tyson Foods is located in Springdale, while retail giant Walmart is headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, located next to Rogers.
“The recreation opportunities of beautiful nearby natural spaces, job opportunities with major employers and expanding retail options make [Northwest Arkansas] a uniquely special place to call home,” said Tom Kaiman, founder of Mia Rose Holdings, in a press release
