SmartLaunch is made to expedite workflow searches and simplify platform navigation, while Triggers automates task creation for move-out inspection.
Smart lock collaboration

Home automation provider Rently has partnered with lock manufacturer Kwikset to create the Smart Bolt Elite for the rental housing market. The smart locks operate with or without a hub, and property managers can control access through Z-Wave or Bluetooth setups. It may be used as an individual lock or integrated into a larger smart home system.
The lock may be used with fobs, codes, mobile apps or physical keys, operating without constant connectivity. It resists common break-in methods, such as lock picking and bumping, and enables managers to instantly re-key the unit if necessary. It also supports auto-expiring temporary access codes for self-touring setups.
Woodgrain laminate

Wilsonart is expanding its Wilsonart Woodgrain offerings with 16 new designs for its commercial high-pressure laminate surfaces. Each design is available in uninterrupted, non-repeating patterns in 5-by-12-foot or 4-by-8-foot dimensions, modeled after real wood veneer. The product is intended for use in large-scale layouts such as wall panels, interior doors and tabletops.
Wood looks in the collection include maple, cherry, walnut and white oak. The series also includes two additional woodgrain designs in a silken finish, two stone designs and nine solid colors. The veneer itself is made from 23% post-consumer recycled content and provides enhanced wear resistance, according to the manufacturer.
Smooth finish

NanaWall has added a new seamless sill option, Minimal Sill, to its Cero sliding glass wall system. The sill creates a completely unobstructed threshold flush with the floor that meets high testing standards for wind, water, structural and operational force, according to the manufacturer.
The Cero glass wall system sports a 98% glass-to-frame ratio, and its panels range up to 15 feet high. The sill design is thermally broken and ADA-compliant, and pairs with Cero’s arch rolling system for frictionless movement.
