Charlotte, North Carolina-based multifamily manager RKW Residential has announced a wide scope of leadership changes, including four internal promotions and four new hires across its marketing and operations departments, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive.
These changes come as the company is experiencing significant growth, according to the release. RKW currently has 25,000 multifamily and build-to-rent units under management across nine states.

Stephanie Garris has joined RKW as regional vice president, overseeing operational strategy in its Carolinas portfolio. Garris has more than 25 years of multifamily experience, with a focus on build-to-rent, lease-ups and repositioning assets.
Joining Garris in the Carolinas is Misty Haskins, who has been promoted to area vice president, and Jennifer Trapaso, newly hired as a regional manager in North Carolina. Haskins has a decade of experience enhancing asset performance and has managed lease-ups, value-add properties, senior living and retail developments. Trapaso has 20 years of experience in multifamily and specializes in streamlining operations, reducing turnover and driving performance.
In Florida, RKW has promoted Austin Carter-Tabraue to senior regional manager and added Ernesto Perez Capiro as a regional manager. Carter-Tabraue has more than eight years of experience, specializing in conventional and lease-up properties, budgeting, marketing and staff development. He will oversee operations and performance for multiple properties across Florida. Peres Capiro has held a variety of leadership roles, including in operations management, asset performance and team leadership.
On the marketing side, Sarah Randolph has been promoted to director of martech and IT services. She will lead the company’s marketing tech initiatives to drive resident engagement and also oversees the digital marketing team, which is responsible for lead generation.
Jose Valdez and Euclides Martinez Mella are also joining the company as marketing managers. Valdez, based in North Carolina, specializes in affiliate programs, content strategies and data-driven marketing. Martinez Mella, based in Florida, works in marketing strategy, product development, and campaign execution.
