Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers Apartment Living is expanding its reach across the country, with major development efforts underway in Texas and New England. Emblem 120, a 289-unit mid-rise apartment property in Woburn, Massachusetts, is the latest Toll property to open in Greater Boston — the fourth so far with four more in development, according to a press release.
The six-story development, designed by Boston-based Cube 3, began construction in 2020 and opened for occupancy in June. The units offer open floor plans, kitchen islands with pendant lighting, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-unit laundry and mudrooms and balconies in select apartments. Monthly rent ranges from $2,550 to $4,459, according to the property website.
The property encompasses 9,400 square feet of retail space, more than 17,000 square feet of amenity space, a seven-level parking garage with 432 parking spots, EV charging stations and storage for 45 bicycles.
Amenities include a community kitchen and dining area, library with television and conference seating, a double-height community room with an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a media lounge, a gaming and bar area with beer taps, a coworking center, a multi-level fitness center, a rooftop lounge with a kitchen and outdoor deck, a pool, a dog run and a courtyard with grilling spaces.
The community is located 10 miles north of downtown Boston and a five-minute walk from Woburn’s Anderson Regional Transportation Center.
“Emblem 120’s location combines extraordinary employment opportunities, endless cultural and recreational options and outstanding access to Boston,” said Eric Cohen, assistant vice president at Toll Brothers Apartment Living, in the press release.
Toll’s four additional projects underway in Massachusetts are The Laurent in Cambridge, Hathon in Medway, Atwood in Saugus and Lyra in Boston.
