The property, which was sold by its original developer Pedcor, presents a significant opportunity for Living Well Homes to address the growing rental housing shortage in the area while enhancing the living experience for current and future residents. This is Living Well Homes’ second seamless transaction with Pedcor Living, a leading real estate development firm in the United States under the umbrella of Pedcor Companies.
